7 Day Return Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a 7 working day cooling-off period starting from the day after receipt to cancel the order for all retail mail order transactions excluding trade/business transactions, items specifically tailored to you¹ & delivery charges² - (Para 13, Section (c)).
To return goods you must send us written confirmation within the cooling-off period. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items (or our costs for collecting them) and they must be returned complete and as new, otherwise a 25% (£5 min) handling charge / restocking fee will apply.
¹ Items deemed to be specifically tailored, include any item cut to required length including but not limited to lace, elastic, sequins etc. Purchase of complete rolls or spools of merchandise would therefore be unaffected by this exclusion.
² The Delivery service is contracted-out to a third party and is a separate contract that is deemed to have begun and been completed before the end of the cooling-off period.
